Australian and New Zealand band numbers are lower, even numbers that don't match UK/US band numbers directly, despite representing a similar underbust range. Cup letters follow the same doubling pattern as the UK.

- An AU/NZ band number needs its own lookup against UK/US, not a simple offset - the numbering scales differ, they don't just shift by a fixed amount.
